Who We Are
As a trusted charitable organization founded in 2000, we provide assistance to the people who need it the most in the San Francisco area. Want to help? Contact us to see what you can do to make a difference in the community you live in. Every little bit of help is needed and appreciated.

What We Do
-
Through our Sustaining Operations, we provide Outreach to the Unhoused with essential items, information, and resources to position the unhoused for housing and other supports.
-
Our Pathways effort supports the unhoused with access to the County's assessments and other aid, such as ID cards, health access, food, and transportation assistance, in the spirit of the County's "housing first" strategy and other housing strategies.
-
Our nascent Preventive Programs work to identify folks at risk and support them to keep them from falling into homelessness. We partner with folks like Loaves and Fishes to address food insecurity.
-
Educate community leaders on the challenge of homelessness and how it affects our community. Advocate for effective solutions such as "housing first," mobile showers and laundry, and mental health solutions.
