Homelessness is a complex community challenge. With our partners, we come together as a community to make a difference. Our heart felt thanks goes out to all who join us to meet the need.

Loaves and Fishes

Our mission is simple. We aim to provide hot and nutritious prepared meals, delivered and served to feed hungry families, children, seniors, veterans, students, and disabled individuals in our Bay Area community.

Milpitas Unified School District

Milpitas Unified School District takes great pride in its multiculturalism, with 52 languages spoken among a diverse enrollment of more than 10,170 students who live within the City of Milpitas. MUSD offers 18 different programs, with 10 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, 2 child development centers, 1 comprehensive high school, 1 continuation high school, 1 San Jose City College Extension Program, and 1 Adult Education school.  .

Valley Homeless Healthcare Program (VHHP)

Valley Homeless Healthcare Program (VHHP) provides healthcare services to people experiencing homelessness in Santa Clara County. Our core purpose is simple: we wish to promote human dignity, relieve suffering and provide hope so that people can achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Otto Lee - District 3 Supervisor - Santa Clara County

Welcome to the District 3 Office and website for Supervisor Otto Lee – we are honored to serve the residents of Milpitas, Sunnyvale, North San José, including Alviso and Berryessa, and unincorporated eastern areas of the County of Santa Clara. Otto's office's is a major supporter of Hope for the Unhoused through his URGJENT grants.

Hunger at Home

Hunger at Home was created to connect the food and goods with those in need. Hunger at Home partners with local convention centers, hotels, and sports stadiums to collect excess food and goods to distribute to the hungry and homeless through a robust nonprofit network.

Loreto QD's Brigade - Silicon Valley

LoretoQD's Brigade - Silicon Valley is an all-volunteer grassroots team doing valuable humanitarian works in and outside the US and also on important issues that affect our lives.

The United Effort Organization

Our mission is to assist people in need to navigate and build a road to self-sufficiency by helping them obtain public assistance benefits, connecting them to resources, finding mentors and providing other support they need.

Community SEWA

Community Seva Inc. is a registered 501 (c) (3) organization, founded and incorporated on June 6, 2013 in California. Our mission is to feed the hungry and serve the homeless in the Bay Area.

Abode Services

Abode Services' mission is to end homelessness by assisting low-income, un-housed people, including those with special needs, to secure stable, supportive housing; and to be advocates for the removal of the causes of homelessness.

VEDA

Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam was started in 2007 and is run by the non-profit organization VEDA (Vedic Education and Devotional Academy). Their volunteers provide sandwiches for the unhoused in Milpitas on Sundays.

AGAPE

Agape Silicon Valley is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  We are a 100% volunteer organization with no paid employees. We believe that any individual who has their basic needs met will make better decisions daily. Our unconditional love and consistent service is the key to building relationships and trust with our unhoused friends and neighbors.
